Hastelloy G30 Applications:

This alloy is a high chromium alloy, so it has good corrosion resistance in the strong acid corrosion medium containing F, Cl and other oxidizing impurities. It is mainly used in wet H3PO4 production and processing and HNO3 plus HF pickling equipment and components.This alloy has good corrosion resistance, good workability and high strength, so it is also a structural steel of choice for acid oil and gas Wells.

Due to the compound effect of composition, Hastelloy G30 alloy has strong corrosion resistance in H2SO4, HNO3 and other solutions.The excellent sensitization resistance of the alloy makes it suitable for direct application after welding in metallic chemical processing. The main application fields are equipment and parts for wet H3PO4 production and processing, HNO3 plus HF pickling equipment and parts.We believe that Hastelloy G30 alloy has good thermal stability and good resistance to sensitive intergranular corrosion due to the addition of sufficient niobium and more than 30% chromium and very low carbon content.
